  • What is your return policy?

    Returns should be initiated within 30 days of delivery. The products must be clearly unworn and with their original tags. After 30 days, we accept exchanges for a different style or store credit, provided the items are still in their original shape. We will send you and pay for return shipping labels, original shipping costs cannot be refunded. Items at a discount or sale price are final sale.

  • What are the shipping options?

     We offer three rates through USPS: First Class (Approximately 2-4 Business Days), Priority Mail (2-3 Business Days) and Priority Mail Express (1-2 Business Days).

     Delivery rates are estimated by USPS at checkout but might not be always 100% accurate but typically we find they are correct.

  • What are your shipping rates?

     Dependent on the shipping service selected, shipping typically ranges between $4-8 dollars. Orders of $70 or more always ship free!

  • Why is my package listed as “pre-shipment” overnight?

     Processing can take up to 24 hours after your order is placed- tracking information should activate in 1-2 business days and your package might be listed in the same location before then.
